About me

I am a London-based guy with 20+ years experience of providing calm, friendly, respectful, honest thinking space for people to gain a deep understanding of who they are and what they want for themselves.

Ultimately I want everyone to feel comfortable in their own skins, to enjoy life, and to understand the life skills that will help them and those around them flourish.

Words that clients have use to describe their achievements with me: self-esteem, commitment, engagement, enablement, exploration, understanding, realisation, alignment, clarity, confidence, action, happiness.

Other areas of coaching I deal with

My approach can help you to:

Themes that regularly come up:

  • Identifying what happiness means to you
  • Understanding your thoughts and feelings about the things that are important to you, and being able to express this
  • Assertiveness for those who feel awkward in social situations or struggle standing up for themselves at work
  • Listening, empathy and communication skills for those who have been told they are 'blunt', 'abrasive', 'rude', 'strong-minded' or 'too assertive'.
