Diagnosed in 2017 at the age of 44 after a suicidal crisis, I then became an advocate for reducing stigma and widening understanding of ADHD through the charity I founded, ADHD Action.

I then turned my many years experience as a business and mindset coach, mentor and trainer to support others with the condition.

I spearheaded the All Party Parliamentary Group for ADHD, and I am commended in Hansard, the official parliamentary record, for my advocacy and lobbying work.

I am a frequent media spokesperson on ADHD. Recent appearances include BBC Victoria Derbyshire, BBC Radio 4, Radio 5 Live, LBC, The Times, The Mirror, Women's Health, SEN Magazine, Additude Magazine, The Guardian.

As well as working with individuals and businesses, I also train and coach charities, psychiatrists, GPs, teachers and social workers on ADHD.

I am also the founder of The ADHD Collective, a unique community and learning platform for adults with ADHD.

I co-authored the UK scientific consensus paper for females with ADHD published in BMC Psychiatry in 2020.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have been coaching, supporting and mentoring individuals and businesses since 2008, and working with adults with ADHD and Autism since 2017.

I am ILM certified; a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC); and certified in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) via the International Association of Therapists.
