I am a certified Transformational Life Coach having qualified with Animas Centre for Coaching, accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). A common denominator that I find
I bring to life coaching a rich tapestry of work experience gained from my time in the police, in teaching and then as the CEO of a homeless charity. My core experience and qualifications are in the fields of leadership and management, motivational interviewing, mental health and trauma-informed care. I am currently taking a course in male psychology.
