About me

What is going on for you that has brought you to this Directory?  If you are ready to self-examine the nagging issues and feelings of unease within you, then I’d love to work with you. Through a coaching conversation where you can truly be yourself, we can work together to go beyond surface thinking.  In this way, you can strive to proactively take the next steps that feel attuned to what you need to do for making positive change and ‘Find Your Way’.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a certified Transformational Life Coach having qualified with Animas Centre for Coaching, accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).  I bring to coaching a rich tapestry of work experience gained from my time in the police, in teaching and then as the CEO of a homeless charity.  My core experience and qualifications are in the fields of leadership and management, motivational interviewing, mental health, trauma-informed care, male psychology.  I am currently working towards becoming accredited to integrate the Enneagram (exploring personality type) within my coaching.

Much of my life coaching work is to support the charitable sector - helping overstretched leaders and their teams to achieve a healthy work-life balance and avoid burnout.  I am also a certified Reflective Practice practitioner.

I am fully insured.
