About me
The aim for me in our coaching relationship is to help you to clarify and make sense of your present situation, encourage you to develop new ways of dealing with this going forward and help you to work on a positive action plan to achieve the result you want. The results for you may include improved personal awareness and effectiveness, increased motivation and resourcefulness, a better sense of personal direction and what is really important in your life, improvement in your relationships and ability to influence your outcomes positively.
Whether you’d like to learn new ways of thinking about and approaching situations, so that you can achieve more positive results or improve a specific situation in your life and achieve specific goals I can offer you a unique kind of support, focusing totally on your own position, in an unconditionally supportive and non-judgemental way, and giving you a genuine commitment to your well-being. This will involve a combination of questioning, listening, feedback and goal-setting.
