About us

Hi there, I’m Lisa, thank you for stopping by.

When I received by late ADHD diagnosis aged 37, I felt compelled to reimagine my life's path from a fresh perspective and after a decade of Creative Directing in advertising I took the leap to retrain as a Transformative Life Coach.

In the last few years I’ve helped scores of wonderful ADHD and undiagnosed clients work through tough challenges and reconnect to their authentic selves.

I realised that the same principles that helped me solve brands problems would be even more powerful when applied to helping people solve their personal and professional problems.

My approach is grounded in radical curiosity, embracing vulnerability and creating space for out of the box thinking.

In our discovery call together, I’d like to get a sense of exactly where you feel stuck. What the areas of your life that need your attention? What would you like to change as a result of our time together?

I'd love to hear from you...

To get started, please visit my website, adhdbrainstorm.com to book a free 30 minute discovery call.
