I work with lots of individuals, from aspiring entrepreneurs, CEO's in the corporate world to individuals who just don't know what they want next or how to reach their full potential both in their Career and Life in general.
I am a certified Career Coach/Counsellor, and have worked with international companies, small companies, those who are Self employed and everything in between so am extremely well versed in the world of Careers!
I help people to peel away the mask, embrace their authentic self, harness their strengths and become successful in their lives.
I am a specialist Neurodiversity (ADHD and Autism) coach and Trainer, although I do a lot of work with people who are not Neurodiverse too. Being Neurodivergent, it can sometimes feel as if no one quite 'gets you and your brain' but actually - I do! I have recently been diagnosed as being Neurodiverse with elements of Hyperfocus ADHD, and have a daughter who has both Autism and ADHD.. I am also a Director of a charity for Neurodiverse Children and run 2 further companies that work with individuals on the Autism Spectrum. So trust me when I say - I get you!
I offer a holistic approach, drawing on different aspects of my skills and expertise.
I am a successful entrepreneur, with a vast range of experience in various fields. I am passionate about coaching and how positively it can impact people's lives. I started this journey after going through coaching myself so really know the impact Coaching can have!
I have also trained in lots of different approaches, so I use aspects of each to really individualise my approach depending on the needs of the client.
