About me
I can provide a unique blend of coaching and therapeutic techniques to assist you to identify, plan and realise your preferred future. I work online, face to face and can also incorporate walking sessions where required.
I follow an integrated approach which means that I can draw on multiple coaching theories and practices to create a solution and service that is bespoke and useful to you. I adapt the pace, structure and content of each session relevant to your needs and your preferred ways of working and, if you hit an issue that is problematic, we can use my therapeutic skills to work together through the issue and help you get back on track.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am a fully qualified Psychotherapist and Coach. I have a BSc in Psychology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Coaching from the University of East London. I also have an Advanced Certificate in Executive Coaching accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management.
I have over 30 years management experience in a large corporate environment where I managed, coached and mentored many members of staff. I started my own business in 2019 and have worked with people all over the world, facilitating them to reach their goals and live happy and fulfilled lives.
I also provide wellbeing services, staff engagement and employee assistance services to companies.

Fees are based on 90 minute sessions which include follow up emails confirming details of the session and next steps, and a reminder email prior to the next session
