About me
Hi I'm Emma,
I'm a Master Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, who is passionate about helping and supporting people to become happier for over 16 years. I truly believe when we are happy everything else becomes easier.
I work with a wide variety of clients experiencing a range of issues they come to find me at a point where they are feeling lost and don't know what to do next.
You could be experiencing any of the following:
- Don't know how to ask for what you want
- Afraid to say no
- Close to giving up
- Feel bullied or pressured and would like to regain control
By helping you reconnect with who you really are and your values, to find balance and build resilience you'll feel happier, less stressed, make better decisions, have more clarity and have better relationships in your life and business.
I do this through powerful 121 coaching and my mental fitness program. Coaching from the heart, I create a safe space for you really to be you, free from judgement, giving you the space to explore your greatest fears and your biggest dreams, with a gentle strength I am able to make addressing the tough stuff easy, bringing challenge and accountability.
Working with teenagers and young people
I really enjoy working with teenagers. They come to coaching with their own unique view of the world and bring a unique creative energy.
They may want to;
- Build confidence
- Overcome Anxiety
- Gain direction (and take the first steps)
- Develop their sense of self and how they can make the most of opportunities
I use a combination of my own personal experiences and years of training to support young people to build healthy coping strategies, have a positive mindset and learn to understand themselves. Nothing makes my heart sing more, it can change their whole future.

Training, qualifications & experience
I trained with the CTI, now known as Co-Active and I am a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the ICF (International Coach Federation) and a trained positive intelligence coach.
Certified Positive Intelligence Coach (CPQC).
BSc (Hons) Combined Social Science with Criminology (Open University) and currently studying towards a Masters in Psychology.
I am also a fellow of the School for Social Entrepreneurs and founded my own social enterprise.
I have years of experience working as a coach in my own practice, but also in previous roles, working as an outreach worker in the voluntary sector, which is where I started my coaching journey.
Before going on to work with people with Acquired Brain Injuries and with high risk offenders - where I learnt a lot more about the brain and behaviours.
What I also bring is a wealth of personal experience too, something which cannot be taught and which my clients love. As I've been through tough stuff too, it makes clients feel able to open up more easily, they know they will not be judged. I have personally experienced and overcome a traumatic childhood, a serious car accident and lost siblings far too young. I share this in case this is the kind of experience you are looking for, someone with lived experience of what you are going through right now.
My 'happiness' is a testament to the resilience and skills I have built up over the years, you can have this too!

My clients will tell you, it really is life changing!
Feedback from parents:
I get quite emotional thinking about it because you wouldn’t believe the change in her. She’s calmed down and is a much more confident young lady. She feels like she can conquer the world a bit more now and is really positive.’ read more from Victoria and Megan’s story.
‘Emma has brought our beautiful girl back to life, helping her find ways to express her feelings, feel less anxious and lead a happier fulfilling life.’ find out more about Lily and Ruby’s experience.
Feedback from indiviudals
Emma’s approach is challenging though she uses humour to make it feel like a positive experience which I like. It’s light and most sessions have a humorous element to them. The humour and positivity has been one of the best aspects of working with Emma.’ – Dr Catherine Richards
‘I was aware of a few coaches but I found Emma more approachable and felt comfortable with her. I knew she would be discreet and felt I could work with her in confidence.’George
Feedback from organisations
‘I didn’t want us to introduce something without being confident in what was involved. I also wanted a better understanding of what coaching means so I could talk to my staff about it. It’s important I’m confident something is worth doing before involving everyone.’
‘When I met Emma, I could see she’s got a person-centred approach. I had an open mind and didn’t have a specific target I wanted to achieve. Although our results were continuing to go up each year, it was a case of, can we do even better? What can we do to look at things with a fresh approach?
