My Mind-Body Connection approach combines coaching, NLP techniques, yoga, and meditation practices to help you on your journey of self-discovery, balance, and growth.
As your life coach, my goal is to empower you to live what I like to call a "Juicy Life", a life that is aligned with your values and passions and that you absolutely enjoy living.
A life you savour and experience with all your senses and where you feel empowered to embrace the whole of yourself, because none is perfect, life is not perfect, but it's how you respond to it that makes you the victim or the hero in your story. What's your story? Is it time to change your role in that story? Or maybe to write a new one by changing the meaning of what happened?

Each session is personalized to align with your specific requirements and communicated in a manner that resonates with you. Our average session is 90 minutes and we typically recommend to start with a course of 5 sessions, usually meeting weekly or every other week. Our initial session dives right into the work, establishing the most efficient pathway for you to achieve the change you seek. Based on your desired goal, we then organise a plan for the following sessions to delve deeper into the work, providing you the tools and strategies to make you stronger and stronger every day as you step into your new life.
