I’m Clare, I am a fully accredited professional Life Coach (ACC ICF) and I support people to feel confident and empowered to create their most fulfilling lives, in what ever way that means for them.  
 
My Approach 
My coaching approach comes from the foundational belief that: 
  
- We are already enough.   
- We are already whole.   
- We are not lacking as humans.   
- We have, right now, incredible strengths, incredible qualities, and powerful wisdom and experience.  
  
- Sometimes we can lose sight of these things,  
- Sometimes they feel distant and hard to connect with, 
- Sometimes they are hard to believe and trust in. 

My coaching comes from a place of supporting you to reconnect with your strengths, wisdom, wholeness and capabilities, and to lean into these things, to create the change you want, and the future you’re longing for.  Therefore, my coaching is strengths-based, and not coming from a place of lacking or of deficit.

I use a blend of evidence-based coaching approaches drawing on Neuroscience, Somatic Coaching and Positive Psychology, and methods which respond directly to what you are bringing to the session, and what works for you as an individual, so there is no ‘one size fits all’ method. 

I am extremely committed to creating inclusive and accessible coaching environments and am flexible and adaptable in my approach to accommodate everyone's different needs.

Training, qualifications & experience

Training and Qualifications:

I am a fully accredited Coach with the International Coaching Federation (The gold standard of coaching practice internationally) and have an ACTP Diploma in Professional Coaching, as well as being a Certified DISC practitioner.

Professional training has included; Neuroscience, Somatics, Positive Psychology, Psychodynamics, Creating Physiologically Informed Environments, Inclusion and Diversity, Working with people on the Autistic Spectrum, Strengths Based Approaches, Inclusive Leadership training, Managing Mental Wellbeing, Dyspraxia Awareness, Transgender Awareness and many more. 

Experience 

I bring a wealth of professional coaching skills and expertise as a people management and development professional with a focus on supporting people’s personal and professional growth, learning and development. I am a trained teacher, experienced facilitator, and am passionate about the importance of self-compassion, curiosity and empowerment to support growth.

Working in senior positions the Charity Sector for over 10 years, I’ve worked with a wide range of people at different stages of life and facing diverse situations and challenges.

I bring this breadth and depth of knowledge to inform my coaching practice.

The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.

Additional information

I have a 3 month coaching package which consists of: 

  • 1 x 90 minute first 1:1 deep dive coaching session
  • 5 x one-hour 1:1 coaching sessions
  • Access to ‘Space Just for You’ newsletter and resources
  • via Zoom, on a fortnightly basis

Investment: £720

Meeting on a fortnightly basis allows time for the client to reflect and put into practice what they have learned and discovered in the session, between each meeting. 

Clients can also continue to invest in further packages of coaching after the initial 3 months.
