About me
I am both a Parent & Postnatal Coach, a Coach for non-Parents, and a Supervisor for other Coaches.
I have been working with, empowering and supporting Parents for all of my adult career. In more recent years I have officially been Coaching.
I Coach all Parents to help them make the most of their journey- being a parent changes everything. Relationships, values, career, wellbeing, confidence.. everything! Sometimes a little help is needed to rebalance, rejig and find a new kind of normal, after such a massive life change (becoming a parent!).
Being a Parent, life changes all the time. Your own needs and wants shift, the needs of the family differ, and often there is little time or energy left for FUN. Can you imagine bringing more fun and time into your day?
I offer Mentoring around Parenting issues; and do a lot of work around Returning to Work, maintaining some peace and balance, and finding Calm in the Chaos.
I also work with non-Parent Adults who are feeling stuck, low, or out-of-balance; Many clients are experiencing some kind of challenge, change or transition, and need to consider making positive changes. In working together, we move from where you are now, to exploring possibilities, and making them into real options.
For Coaches: I offer Supervision to Coaches, to debrief, enhance practise, develop skills and make sense of what comes up. I come from a very Coach-led space, offering observations, time for reflection, consideration of ethical practise and standards, offering exploration of tools, techniques and exercises. I do love some Positive Psychology, neuroscience and psychodynamic theory.

I offer a free 30-minute Chemistry Call for clients and Coaches seeking Supervision.
I offer 1:1 online sessions, and run in-person groups in West London. I sell packages of 6 sessions or 12 sessions, for both Clients and Coaches.

I typically work Monday-Friday 7am-5pm, London, UK time. Client sessions and Supervision generally run for an hour, or just less, depending on need.

Sept 2022 - present I am a Coach specialising in Working with Parents, and People who Work with Parents; I do Coach all adults. I have a particular interest in Health & Wellness, Return to Work, Finding Balance and taking Action. I am currently working towards my Professional Coaching Certification for the International Coaching Federation, as well as gaining my Diploma in Coaching Supervision.
May 2022 - present I am an Exam Invigilator at Latymer Upper School. I have completed the training requirements, including safeguarding courses, and student mental health awareness courses. I am part of the Exams Office Team, and work part time when the exams take place. This is quite a serious and important role, as I invigilate over GCSEs, A-Levels, pre university exams, and American University exams.
Dec 2019 - present I am Vice President of the International Association for Infant Massage. This involves a lot of administration for the association, as well as helping to organise events, and take part in virtual meetings. This is a largely autonomous role, and work is carried out to support the President and the UK Chapter.
October 2019 - Jan 2021 Parent Gym Parent Coach. I volunteer for ParentGym, presenting their Parent Coach program for parents in primary schools across London.
December 2010 - present I run my own business, West London Babies. I teach Baby Massage, Baby Yoga, I own and run the local Sling Library, I teach Child and Paediatric First Aid, and host a range of other workshops and courses related to postnatal care. I am also a postnatal doula, so providing in-home support to new parents and their newborn babies.
Prior to this work, I was a Local Authority Children and Families Social Worker for 10 years in the UK.
