Supervision details
For Coaches:
I offer Supervision to Coaches, to debrief, enhance practise, develop skills and make sense of what comes up. I come from a very Coach-led space, offering observations, time for reflection, consideration of ethical practise and standards, offering exploration of tools, techniques and exercises. I do love some Positive Psychology, neuroscience and psychodynamic theory.
I offer 1:1, 1:2 and group Supervision to Coaches and trainee Coaches; online.
I have had many years of experience as a Social Worker, both being supervised and supervising.
I am client-led, taking a relational and systemic approach. I offer a wide range of tools and exercises, as well as feedback and challenge, as the client wishes.
I really enjoy supporting Coaches in working towards best and ethical practise, skill development, managing feelings, understanding patterns and challenges, and taking a holistic view of each practitioner in their journey.
