I have extensive training and expertise as a life coach in assisting people in overcoming obstacles and realising their full potential. With a background in strategic intervention and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), I provide individualised coaching sessions that are catered to each client's particular requirements and objectives. My knowledge spans a wide range of topics, including communication skills improvement, mental and emotional health, relationship building, navigating life changes, and confidence and personal development.
