About me

As a change coach, I work with people who want to make some changes in themselves or in their lives, or who are finding life events and choices challenging.

I work with people who are struggling to feel any different or find a way forward to live as they want to feel.

I work with people who want to feel more like they are living as they want be.

If you are reading this, it’s likely you have recognised you need some support to make decisions or create the change you want.

Would you like to be more true to yourself, feel lighter or freer? See things differently?

Is it time to move through current confusion or stuckness in order to live life more fully?

The Project Self Change Process is founded on three principles that I have found to be the most affective principles for personal change:

Awareness is the project. You are the explorer and the exploration.

Lightness is who you are; not who you think you are. How you can be; not how you think you can’t be.

Clarity is about knowing about how to be now; not what to do then.

I offer:

The Personal Change Process

The Change Process reveals, challenges and shifts. It’s a process of self-exploration. You will free yourself and know what you want.

We start with where you are in your life in order to create awareness, lightness and clarity. We feel through, figure out and find out who you are and what you want. You develop practices, a mind-set and resilience to navigate and create change.

The programme of exploration unfolds around your focus and aspirations to:

Illuminate where you can benefit from acceptance, letting go, digging deeper or choosing to react differently;
Identify obstacles; what may be holding you back, where you are operating from negative self-beliefs, playing out stories, repeated patterns, triggers and where these originated;
Reveal your values, how you really feel, what you already know and need to know.

I guide you through questioning and deep conversation, sometimes gentle, sometimes challenging. I share what I sense, notice and observe. We explore and clarify your responses, feelings, perspective, behaviour and thoughts within the safe space of our relationship

Creative Change Coaching

For freelancers and those who want to implement and develop ideas and projects. Suitable for those that need motivation and momentum in order to move forward and realise their vision.

The coaching approach towards creative change is more dynamic around action in the world and creating accountability; the stages and practical steps needed to get going and get on.

It’s also about support and guidance. The most important element in your life is you. Knowing yourself plays a huge part in your capacity to grow, expand and apply yourself. Knowing your strengths, values and identifying what is holding you back will put you in a more resilient and confident place.

Training, qualifications & experience

I trained with Animas (Diploma in Personal Transformation Coaching, Distinction).
I have further certificates in Relationship, Somatic, Health & Wellbeing and Existential Coaching and Transactional Analysis. I have trained in Systemic Coaching and Emotional Resilience and draw on a range of therapeutic approaches and models.

I am also a qualified Coaching Supervisor to other coaches.

I have worked in the voluntary sector in homelessness, housing, and arts and wellbeing and in architecture, creative education research and development in a range of roles.

I create a warm relationship and space in which you can give yourself time and attention and be given undivided attention. You can expect me to be direct, open and astute and to bring warmth, humour and respect.

I would describe myself as down to earth, independent, free-spirited and creative. And I love the coaching process
