I know from experience how much damage a bad workplace or a bad work-life balance can do - to confidence, self-esteem and happiness. It can leave you with so little energy and time that just thinking about looking for a new job, updating your CV and writing all those applications is too much. Maybe you don't even know what you want anymore.
My clients are men and women of all ages and stages of career who come to me feeling stuck, overwhelmed, lost or exhausted. Many are in jobs that they don't like but can't afford to leave, wondering “what happened?” or "How did I get here?". Some are faced with work cultures where they feel disrespected and unsupported, or where their specific needs are not being met. Poor mental health and anxiety are increasingly common. My clients come to me because they want change, even if they don't yet know what they want that change to be.

Transformational coaching works at a deep level, making it far more likely that change will be lasting.
