Executive and Life Coach | Specialist Coaching for ADHD/ ASD

About me

About Me:

I am an Accredited Executive Coach passionate about using Solution Focused, Strengths Based, Coaching Techniques to partner with clients to maximise their Potential, Performance, Personal Wellbeing, and Productivity.

Coaching is an action-oriented process whereby I help clients to identify, prioritise, and move incrementally towards the Professional and Personal goals that are important to them.

Additionally, I have Specialist Coaching Expertise in the areas of "executive functioning", Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and wider neurodiversity.

I offer bespoke Coaching which applies tools and techniques specifically tailored to supporting clients with the dual functional and emotional challenges implicit in ADHD and other conditions in which "executive functioning" is a key component.

I help clients to increase understanding of the implicit differences in their "brain wiring" and "neurodiversity"  in order to better predict, create, and maintain, the Environments, Opportunities, Actions, Structures, and Habits, which will allow associated strengths to naturally come to the fore.

A Solution Focused, Strengths Based, Coaching Approach

A Solution Focused Coaching Approach is future orientated and aims at understanding, and then working together to bridge, the gap between where clients see themselves to be currently and where they aspire to get to. It involves establishing what is most important in the here-and-now to make incremental progress towards the Personal and Professional Goals which are meaningful to them.

Strengths Based Coaching involves working clients to increase awareness of what they are good at, their natural aptitudes, core values, motivators, and preferred learning styles. By better understanding our strengths and talents, coaching can support us to harness them more consciously in creating and maintaining the environments in which we naturally thrive and are able to perform and function at our best (and at our happiest!).

Representative Coaching Clients

I pride myself on the diversity of the clients I have worked with. From a corporate coaching perspective, I have experience of coaching employees at differing stages of their careers from First Jobbers and New Graduates, through Sole Contributors, Freelancers, Consultants, and Contractors, to Senior Managers and Executives.

In terms of “executive functioning,” ADHD, ASD, and wider neurodiversity, I have worked with an eclectic range of clients from a wide range of professional backgrounds ranging from Senior Managers/ Executives in FTSE 100 companies to Self-Employed entrepreneurs, freelancers, creatives, and fellow coaches.

I am also passionate about working with clients with a late diagnosis of either ADHD or Autism, or anything else in which “executive functioning” constitutes a central component, and who are trying to address challenges in their current careers, or evaluating career changes, with reference to that diagnosis.
