About me

I am an Accredited Executive and Life Coach passionate about using Solution Focused, Strengths Based, Coaching Techniques to partner with clients to maximise their Potential, Performance, Personal Well-being, and Productivity and to support them  in taking action to identify and incrementally move towards the Professional and Personal goals that are important to them.

Additionally, I have Specialist Coaching Expertise in the areas of "executive functioning", neuro-diversity,  Autism,  and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder  (ADHD) and was belatedly diagnosed with ADHD myself in my late 30s.

I have delivered over 3000 hours of coaching to clients who either have been specifically diagnosed with ADHD or Autism (or both) or recognise themselves to not be neurotypical (whatever neurotypical is as every human being is neuro-unique!).

Prior to that I served as an internal executive coach and Mental Health First Aider within FTSE 100 listed company The RELX GROUP , I delivered coaching and support  to staff across the organisation from Senior Executives to New Graduate Starters having received rigorous training through their 16 month Velocity Executive and Career Coaching Programme; delivered and accredited by the Henley Business School.

Concurrently,  over 16 years, I held various Management and Project Management Roles in the Publishing and Editorial sectors both within the RELX Group and former their former incarnations Reed Elsevier and Butterworths

I spent 13 years recruiting, developing, training, and Managing both London based teams and offshore teams in India and the Philippines spending substantial periods working in India in particularly.

I pride myself on the versatility of my coaching and the fabulous and diverse range of clients who I have worked with from Michelin Starred Chefs to Magicians, Car Mechanics to Cabinet Makers, along with people embarking on or exploring dramatic career and life transitions often in response to a recent diagnosis of ADHD or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

I'm also passionate about working with clients with a late (adult) diagnosis of ADHD, the oldest client I worked with was diagnosed at 78 so it is never too late to look at life through a neurodiversity lens

Similarly, I work, and have worked with GCSE, A Level, Undergraduate, and Post-Graduate students supporting them through their studies and gained a degree and a Masters myself with undiagnosed ADHD.

I offer bespoke Coaching which applies tools and techniques specifically tailored to supporting clients with the dual functional and emotional challenges implicit in ADHD, Autism, and other presentations in which both challenges and differences in "executive functioning" are a fundamental component

These can including Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Anxiety Disorders but often complex comorbidities such as Long Covid, Fibromyalgia, and ME. Many of my clients have complex overlapping presentations, and indeed that was very reflective of my own journey.

I help clients to increase their understanding of the implicit differences in their "brain wiring" and "neurodiversity"  in order to better predict and create the Environments, Opportunities, Actions, Structures, and Habits which will allow their strengths to naturally come to the fore. Often clients are dealing with a very uneven skillset with huge situational, environmental, and contextual variability.

Coaching is very much a partnership in which rapport is paramount and I always offer a FREE 30 MINUTE NO OBLIGATION INTRODUCTORY CALL as I want to work with clients who feel comfortable that they want to work with me.

So if you are 15 or over and regardless of whether you are curious or sceptical about coaching, or have very specific coaching goals and requirements, book a call with me, tell me what you are looking for and/or bombard me with questions and we will see where we get to!

The hardest thing with ADHD and Autism is often taking the first step and some of my most productive and wonderful coaching engagements have been with very reluctant clients or procrastinators!
