We can all get stuck in our lives. Our Career, our Relationships and routines.
As your life Coach, I can help you clarify your goals, identify the obstacles holding you back, and then together come up with strategies for overcoming each obstacle. I will target your unique skills and gifts, whilst uncovering a coaching model that will give you clarity of purpose, and enable you to Live your Life on Purpose.
What to expect in your first Session?
Our first session together will be a discovery of Who you are, and Where you are in your life, with a view to uncovering and empowering the real you. We’ll take a look at what your future self looks like. I will hold you accountable for the changes you are looking for and provide you with reinforcing strategies in between sessions
My History
I hope my profile gives you a sense of the kind of life coaching I have to offer. Just a bit about me. I’ve always been in the people business, of providing a service. Originally as an optometrist and a self employed businessman., I built 3 successful retail opticians and an optical lens manufacturing business. Married for twenty years with two children and two stepchildren, I reached a point in my life where I had everything I could possibly want. And yet I wasn’t happy. I quickly realised I was overworking, overeating, over drinking and something had to change. I wanted to explore a change of career. To downsize on my lifestyle and work style and reduce to a three day week and move house and pay off the mortgage. This triggered a rather, painful for everybody divorce, that became very destructive. I then trained as a hypnotherapist, followed by enrolling on a post-graduate diploma counselling course that ultimately led me to a 7 year of training to become a psychotherapist. I qualified with a master's degree in transactional analysis at the Berne Institute. Following a short period of retirement triggered by the pandemic, I decided to train as a life coach. This changed my life in enabling me to find my true self and calling. Life coaching offers a huge opportunity to work through life’s transitions. Whether it’s a lifelong search for identity, managing a divorce or separation, or retirement, I’ve done it all and have the skills to help you find your way through change and living your life on Purpose.

My fees range from £80-£100 per session dependent on the package purchased. Packages are 6 or 12 weeks
