I offer transformational coaching for anyone who is looking to discover a path forward but with a special interest in those in their mid-life and considering their options for the future.

Over my long professional career, I have worked in Marketing, Fashion, Events, Exhibitions, Project Management and have retrained several times over the years. I currently also volunteer for the Witness Service, supporting witnesses who come to give evidence in Court, and this gives me another valuable perspective on life. This work experience coupled with strong life experience has taught me that careers do not have be in a straight line anymore - mine has been "squigglier" than most! And that, once we no longer work, there is so much life still to live, we just have to find it. 

I am a naturally curious person and have often been told that my honesty makes me rather ‘to the point’ but also someone to be trusted!  I will approach our sessions without judgement and work in partnership with you.

Together we will put together a design for your life so that you can approach the next stage with positivity and excitement instead of fear and maybe even dread.

Individual sessions are £80 each but you are encouraged to book a package of 6 sessions at the discounted rate of £75 per session when paid in advance.  Payment plan available.  Contact me for details.

Ways of working

I am just as happy to work on-line via Zoom as I am to work face to face, within Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and North/North West London.  I have a private office in Letchworth but can also meet in other suitable venues.
