About me

Life is a wonderful journey, yet we can sometimes face challenges to being at our best. If you are feeling stuck and are ready to take your next step forward then life coaching could be for you.

Individual coaching offers a safe, creative and confidential space to explore your unspoken thoughts and feelings. It provides a reflective space for deep, inner exploration, and an opportunity to clear the path ahead.

My role is to provide a safe and authentic space for you to explore more of who you are and create your future vision. I am an Integrative Coach, and will flex my style to suit your needs. My approach is grounded in Gestalt Psychology and the belief that within each person there is a higher potential waiting to be unleashed.

I have experience working with a variety of topics including: confidence, self-esteem, imposter syndrome, work and life anxiety, career development, career planning, healthy mindset, issues to do with motivation or not knowing what you want.
