About me

Hi there,

I'm Sarah, an experienced, qualified Lifestyle & Career Coach and Accredited NLP practitioner. Through Coaching I have helped clients to reconnect with themselves and discover what they truly want from their lives and careers. Key areas of support I offer are developing careers, navigating life's crossroads with confidence and regaining self-belief, allowing my clients to challenge themselves, their thoughts and to overcome self doubt.

For many years, I provided personal and leadership development within public sector organisations. My focus now is on helping people who like you, have reached a crossroads in their career or perhaps feel like there is something that could change within their personal lives, but can't quite pinpoint what it is. I have been featured on BBC Radio Lancashire and recently featured on the Expert Panel for Happiful magazine sharing my love and knowledge of Coaching.

Do you want to identify your next steps, big ideas and inspired actions?

Coaching allows us the space to regain clarity and confidence in who we are and where we are heading. In reality, during the course of our busy lives how often do we really allow ourselves to do this? And how could we benefit from doing this more often?

My core offer is a 3 month programme of 1:1 Coaching sessions, for both professional & personal development. These sessions allow you to be open and honest and unpick your thinking in a non-judgemental and fully supportive, positive environment. However, if you're curious, prefer a shorter or 'one off' option then I will support you at your own pace.

You've made it this far… so let's have a chat and see what your next steps are. If you have any questions or comments, please contact me via phone on 07583 780519, or send a message using the contact form here.

There is more detail and information on my website if you're still curious :)

I hope to chat with you soon!

Training, qualifications & experience

  • ILM Level 7 'Advanced and Executive Coaching' programme - 2021
  • Lancaster Uni Level 6 Coach & Mentoring Certificate - 2015
  • Over 300 hours experience of 1:1 coaching
  • Experience in group coaching/team coaching

After 11 years providing ‘personal & leadership development’ within a large NHS healthcare organisation I now run my own leadership development consultancy.

I love supporting others to reach their potential and also want to offer this possibility to everyone, regardless of their organisation or professional background.

I have a number of lovely, positive testimonials that I am happy to share on request.

In addition I volunteer with the LVS (Lancashire Volunteer Services) as a 'befriender' providing 1:1 telephone support to the who are isolated or lonely. This is a lovely way to contribute and give 'a little something' back.

Further information

Coaching is a subject that I came into through my professional development which then quickly became a personal passion. Being able to access a Coach allowed me to spend time understanding myself, understand my thinking and to build confidence and belief in my capabilities. When I look back on this opportunity now I realise what a turning point it was for me!

Such a positive experience led me to study, become a Coach and then build a career that I really love. I know from experience that we don't have to stay 'stuck'.

Further information about me and what I can provide is available on my website and blog.

I was also recently featured on BBC Radio Lancashire talking about the 'Quarter Life Crisis' which was a great experience and an opportunity to talk about Coaching and why it is such a great source of development and support.
