I am Personal Development & Well-being Coach who takes a 'whole person' approach to coaching. So wherever you are at the moment, whether you are looking for a change in career, an increase in your confidence/ self belief or developing your leadership style for example, I believe in focusing on who you really are, rather than what you do.
There are so many factors that influence our day-to-day lives; we have many decisions to make, relationships to maintain whilst also trying to achieve a high level of personal wellbeing ... sometimes we need to take the time to stop, think and re-assess!
Coaching allows us the space to regain clarity and confidence in who we are and where we are heading. In reality, during the course of our busy lives how often do we really allow ourselves to do this? And how could we benefit from doing this more often?
Coaching is a subject that I came into through my professional development which then quickly became a personal passion. Being able to access a Coach allowed me to spend time understanding myself, understand my thinking and to build confidence and belief in my capabilities. When I look back on this opportunity now I realise what a turning point it was for me! Such a positive experience led me to study, become a Coach and then build a career that I really love.
My core offering is a programme of 1:1 Coaching sessions, these sessions allow you to be open and honest and unpick your thinking in a non-judgemental and fully supportive, positive environment. The usual agreement is approx 6 sessions of up to 1hr.30min however this can be personalised as requested and time frames agreed to suit your schedule.

I was also recently featured on BBC Radio Lancashire talking about the 'Quarter Life Crisis' which was a great experience and an opportunity to talk about Coaching and why it is such a great source of development and support.
I also have experience of group and team coaching and team building, along with experience of professional/ career coaching.
Training, qualifications & experience
I completed my initial level 6 Coach Training in 2015 with Lancaster University and have just over 200 hours experience of 1:1 coaching, plus experience in group coaching/ team coaching and I also run 'Coaching Circle' events for women.
After 11 years providing ‘personal & leadership development’ within a large NHS healthcare organisation I now run my own leadership development consultancy, and have recently completed a level 7 'Advanced & Executive' coaching programme.
I love supporting others to reach their potential and also want to offer this possibility to everyone, regardless of their organisation or professional background - my focus is on 'Personal Development & Wellbeing' Coaching, which should be accessible to all.
I am also qualified to administer MBTI questionnaires ('personality and preference type' development tool) and provide feedback. I am also qualified to offer HLM 360 Feedback reviews which are key tools in understanding who we are and also understanding our 'blind spots'.
I have a number of lovely, positive testimonials that I am happy to share on request.
In addition I volunteer with the LVS (Lancashire Volunteer Services) as a 'befriender' providing 1:1 telephone support to the who are isolated or lonely. This is a lovely way to contribute and give 'a little something' back.
European Mentoring and Coaching Council
EMCC UK is part of the Europe-wide European Mentoring & Coaching Council.
Together their aim is to promote good practice and the expectation of good practice in mentoring and coaching across Europe.
EMCC is an independent, impartial and non-profit making organisation.
Areas of coaching I deal with
Free initial telephone session
I offer a free, initial ‘discovery call’ of up to 45 minutes to explore your topic for coaching, discuss expectations and the desired outputs for the sessions. This is totally informal and allows both coach and client to agree next steps and boundaries for the coaching relationship going forward.
Further to the initial discussion, individual sessions are up to 1 hour 30 minutes. These can be booked as individual/ ad-hoc sessions or as a 'longer term programme' of 6 sessions.
Prices, T&C's and any other questions will be happily discussed during the 'discovery call'.
I am available from Monday to Friday however I can be flexible and am open to evening and weekend discussions where possible.
