About me

Career & Work Life Coach | Supporting purposeful career change at pivotal moments.

I work with thoughtful, quietly ambitious humans who are questioning what their next work chapter needs to look like, as their circumstances and life evolves.

From senior leaders redefining how they lead, to experienced professionals who’ve outgrown a role, to parents returning to work & wondering how ambition fits alongside energy and life now.

Most of my clients aren’t lacking drive or ability.

They’re navigating something deeper:

>identity shifts
>confidence wobbles
>changing priorities,
>or the realisation that what once worked no longer fits.

Career change isn’t just practical. It’s personal.

My coaching blends reflection with strategy.
We create space to think clearly, rebuild self-trust and define what aligned success looks like for you now.

Together we:

• Clarify your values, strengths and leadership style
• Untangle expectations and pressure
• Map realistic, energising next steps
• Move forward with confidence, not burnout

My style is warm, grounded & gently challenging, shaped by experience, both personal and professional.

I offer structure without force, honesty without judgement, and partnership rather than prescription.

Meaningful career change isn’t about starting from scratch. It’s about moving forward with clarity, integrity and energy.

We do this work together, inside your bespoke 1:1 coaching experience.

You’ll feel supported & listened to whilst we map out your plans and goals.

Do you want to identify your next steps, big ideas and inspired actions?

You've made it this far… so let's have a chat and see what your next steps are. If you have any questions or comments, please contact me via the contact form here.

I love supporting others to reach their potential and also want to offer this possibility to everyone, regardless of their organisation or professional background.

I have a number of lovely, positive testimonials that I am happy to share on request.

In addition I volunteer with the LVS (Lancashire Volunteer Services) as a 'befriender' providing 1:1 telephone support to the who are isolated or lonely. This is a lovely way to contribute and give 'a little something' back.

Further information

Coaching is a subject that I came into through my professional development which then quickly became a personal passion. Being able to access a Coach allowed me to spend time understanding myself, understand my thinking and to build confidence and belief in my capabilities. When I look back on this opportunity now I realise what a turning point it was for me!

Such a positive experience led me to study, become a Coach and then build a career that I really love. I know from experience that we don't have to stay 'stuck'.

Further information about me and what I can provide is available on my website and blog.

I was also recently featured on BBC Radio Lancashire talking about the 'Quarter Life Crisis' which was a great experience and an opportunity to talk about Coaching and why it is such a great source of development and support.
