Personal Development Coaching:
Sometimes we are unsure about the direction we would like to take in our work, relationships, hobbies and interests. It might be that you are struggling to balance life and feel like you are juggling hot coals. A relationship breakdown, redundancy or bereavement can leave us feeling vulnerable, lost and uncertain about the future. Unhelpful habits or repetitive thought patterns might be preventing you from taking the next steps in your life. Fear and uncertainty can prevent us from stepping out of our comfort zone and we find ourselves stuck in a job we hate or an unhappy relationship.
Life coaching can help to facilitate personal growth and development and put you back in the driving seat of your life. Facing your fears, taking on challenges and setting yourself free of limiting beliefs can be the first step to moving towards the life you want to live.
In a life coaching session, you will explore your belief systems and current thinking patterns and behaviours that are keeping you stuck. You will set outcomes and goals and work out a plan of how you are going to achieve what you want. You will learn how you tick, what motivates you and how you can get more of what you want in life and be the best version of you.
If you are a manager or team leader and would like to learn skills and techniques to communicate more effectively, motivate and inspire your team, support individuals in setting goals and working to outcomes, reduce stress and absence or help teams to work more collaboratively and to a shared mission, then one to one coaching or team coaching could be a solution to your problem. Training, qualifications & experience
I have 17 years of experience in therapeutic work and coaching individuals, groups, teachers and corporate staff. I have worked in Educational establishments and corporate organisations.
I am a qualified Psychotherapist, INLPTA certified NLP Master practitioner and trainer and trained in Integrated Eye Movement Therapy.
I have successfully coached individuals helping them to reset their inner landscape to find their values and passions, feel motivated for change and find ways of improving their life.

Educational coaching - Helping teachers to reduce stress, build rapport with difficult pupils, reduce burn out and feel happier in their work/life balance.

6 Week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course. The course is 2 hours per week and teaches you the principles of practices of mindfulness. There is much research showing the benefits of mindfulness for reducing stress and anxiety, reducing depressive symptoms and low mood and increasing general happiness and wellbeing. This course is an opportunity to learn a simple practice that you can use for life. This can be delivered to staff teams or individuals. I can also deliver short workshops introducing the benefits of mindfulness.
NLP Introduction sessions and Diploma courses. I deliver in house training course within organisations. These can be discussed and suitable times agreed.
