Sometimes we are unsure about the direction we would like to take in our work, relationships, hobbies and interests. It might be that you are struggling to balance life and feel like you are juggling hot coals. A relationship breakdown, redundancy or bereavement can leave us feeling vulnerable, lost and uncertain about the future. Unhelpful habits or repetitive thought patterns might be preventing you from taking the next steps in your life. Fear and uncertainty can prevent us from stepping out of our comfort zone and we find ourselves stuck in a job we hate or an unhappy relationship.
Life coaching can help to facilitate personal growth and development and put you back in the driving seat of your life. Facing your fears, taking on challenges and setting yourself free of limiting beliefs can be the first step to moving towards the life you want to live.
In a life coaching session, you will explore your belief systems and current thinking patterns and behaviours that are keeping you stuck. You will set outcomes and goals and work out a plan of how you are going to achieve what you want. You will learn how you tick, what motivates you and how you can get more of what you want in life and be the best version of you.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have 17 years of experience in therapeutic work and coaching individuals, groups, teachers and corporate staff. I have worked in Educational establishments and corporate organisations.
I am a qualified Psychotherapist, INLPTA certified NLP Master practitioner and trainer and trained in Integrated Eye Movement Therapy.
I have successfully coached individuals helping them to reset their inner landscape to find their values and passions, feel motivated for change and find ways of improving their life.

Individual coaching sessions are 60-90 minutes at £70 per session. There is no set amount of sessions that are required, and usually 3-4 sessions is a sufficient amount of time to facilitate growth and change.
I also deliver group sessions, courses and training.
6 Week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course. The course is 2 hours per week and teaches you the principles of practices of mindfulness. There is much research showing the benefits of mindfulness for reducing stress and anxiety, reducing depressive symptoms and low mood and increasing general happiness and wellbeing. This course is an opportunity to learn a simple practice that you can use for life.
This Happy Woman Wellbeing programme. This 6 week programme is designed for women to come together in a supportive and nurturing environment. Take time out of your busy schedule to learn mindfulness and self hypnosis to reduce stress, worry, improve sleep and wellbeing. Also learn techniques to forgive and let go of past difficulties so that you can feel happier in the now and focus on taking care of yourself. This is a popular course and has been described as 'life changing', 'thoroughly' enjoyable and 'fantastic' by women who have attended.
