About me
My name is Trish and I am a Health and Well-being Life Coach and an NLP Practitioner.
As a coach, I have learnt how powerful our mind is and how we can utilise this to create a vision of where we want to be and plan the way we will get there. I have developed a skillset of coaching tools and NLP techniques that enable me to help you to identify your goals, become aware of your reality, consider your options and begin to take action to move away from what you do not want anymore towards a new you – the person you want to be.
I will walk with you on your journey offering encouragement, challenges and support – all the things we need to move us to action.
As a Mum to two wonderful young adults and a teacher and mentor for 26 years, I have faced many challenges and have personally benefited from coaching and the amazing power of NLP.
