About me
As a well-being health coach, I am passionate about helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. My expertise lies in designing personalized programs that cater to the unique needs and lifestyle of my clients. With my extensive knowledge first through motherhood since 2000, nurse since 2008, and taking variant courses in and overall wellness, I provide guidance and support that enables my clients to make sustainable lifestyle changes that translate into long-term health benefits.
I have a strong belief in the prevention of disease and promoting happiness in humans, which is why I made the decision to step down from my nursing career as a general nurse in hospitals and as an emergency nurse. I am on a mission to create better health mentally and physically for ourselves to live it and share it with the world.
Throughout my years of service both personally and professionally, I have worked with clients from different backgrounds and with various health concerns. I believe that good health is achievable, and that everyone deserves to live their best life.
