About me
I am a qualified NLP master practitioner helping people overcome many different mental health and well-being issues, I use a combination of NLP/ neuroscience and real-life situations.
With the experience gained over the last 13 years, I have developed some unique strategies that work really well.
Clients I have helped have had issues such as depression, anxiety, addictions, anger, relationship issues, weight problems, and more, I show people how to make changes that last.
My own historical issues with mental health help me to truly understand the issues clients face. I also provide accredited training on well-being and mental health for professionals, teachers, and young people as well as providing a coach training service.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have been coaching successfully for 13 years working with some of the most challenging mental health issues. I have recently obtained Coach of Excellence expert status with the CPD standards office. I am the referrer of choice for CAMHS (NHS) and take referrals from GPs, Colleges, schools, charities, local government, and more. in my local area, I have extensive experience working with adults and young people. Many of my clients are neurodiverse or may have anger, behavioural, or emotional difficulties.
