Hi There,

I am Melissa of Melissa White Coaching.  I am a transformative life coach. I work with people to transform their lives. This can be anything from achieving the one thing they have been struggling with - to complete life do-overs. We can focus on one area of your life, whether that is your health, career or relationships or we can make changes in every area. I believe that the journey of coaching involves making changes inside as well as making changes outside. This is the basis of transformative life coaching. 

I have worked in the social sector for 15 years, helping people change their mindsets, beliefs and values to live a more fulfilling life. I have had extensive behaviour change training. 

I have a personal connection with the spiritual side of life, law of attraction, manifestation and meditation. This can be incorporated into your coaching journey, or be left out. The journey is yours to take. 

I offer remote sessions on a pay as you go basis or in blocks of pre-paid sessions. I know how precious time and money is so I offer a discovery call, free of charge to discuss this side of things so you can make an informed decision.
