About me
GET TO KNOW ME
I'm Matt and I'm passionate about helping people!
I'm also a husband, a dad, a son, a brother, a pet owner, and a sports, fitness, food and drink enthusiast. I'm based in Frimley Green, Surrey
For my entire career, I have worked for organisations that have helped support people, quite often out of crisis situations. I have managed many different teams to deliver vital services for people and their communities and I have a vast amount of experience in managing, developing and coaching individuals.
I have a Diploma in Life Coaching and Mentoring and am currently completing a Level 5 ILM qualification in Coaching and Mentoring. I am also a qualified Mental Health First Aider.
We all have moments in our life when we feel stuck and not sure where to go or how to get there. I have felt like this on many occasions and have turned to coaching to help me find a way forward. I have worked with many coaches that have helped me over the years and this has helped inspire me to become a coach myself.
What I love most about coaching is the fact that we all have the answers to our problems - we just dont always realise it. The beauty of coaching is that it can help you unlock those answers and put you in control of your life - sometimes people just need a helping hand.
Feedback from customers
Hannah Melham
I loved my coaching with Matt and my confidence has improved massively ! My resilience has also improved and I am having better conversations at work and I can take direction in a more positive way. I am now presenting in front of my peers with more confidence and without anxiety My home-life has improved with a better balance and I have more insight into what causes me stress and anxiety and can therefore deal with it better. I dont often open up to others and find it really difficult to seek support from people. Matt has provided much needed support in a safe a comfortable way.

I enjoyed every session with Matt and always felt a lot more positive after talking to him. I can't quite believe the impact these sessions have had on my self confidence. Matt's questioning has really sunk in as i now ask myself the same questions when I feel I am having a wobble and this brings me back to a positive mindset. I can't thank Matt enough.

Coaching has definitely changes the way I think and see people. I try to give more things a go instead of putting them off and I dont beat myself up as much as I used to. Matt has helped me realise I am not such a failure in life anymore and I have overcome and achieved a lot of things and I'm stronger than I realised.

After several sessions with Matt, my self worth has increased. I no longer feel like I am only successful as my job title dictates. I now know my values and I am able to use them as my guide during work and home life.

"I had been made redundant from work and was finding it challenging seeing all of the positivity in what I had been up to since then. Matt has a calm, measured, and supportive style. He has a lot of experience of helping people make sense of their thoughts. He helped me organise my own, build a simple plan and provided support at my own pace, in a warm and friendly way. I highly recommend Matt if you're looking for some coaching, personal or professional support
