About me

I know it sounds cheesy but I love what I do and I love helping people. I believe no-one should be held back by possible blind spots or by not knowing what direction to take next.
My life coaching allows you to get to the heart of any life areas and achieve change so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
My personal work experiences encompass the business, creative and medical worlds. Firstly, working with high achieving business owners and The Times Top 100 businesses in a range of sectors for nine years in Integrated Advertising. Then, as a healthcare professional working clinically in both the NHS and private practice. My careers have included leadership and non-exec board director roles. Additionally, I have experience in creating, setting up, and running my own small businesses. During the pandemic, I also established and ran a free private peer support group of over 400 clinicians for 2 1/2 years which included mentoring and coaching. The group provided a platform for clinicians and healthcare business owners to connect, share experiences, and offer mutual support during challenging times.
