About me

Do you suspect you have a Neurodivergent condition?
"As someone who has been diagnosed with a neurodivergent condition, I understand how overwhelming this can be and you may be unsure of where to turn for support"

I can support you whether you have already been diagnosed or if you are still waiting for a diagnosis.

Does any of this sound like you?
You suspect you have or have been diagnosed with a Neurodivergent condition in adulthood?
Are you lost on where to go for support and overwhelmed with the information online?
Are you fed up with feeling exhausted, lost, lonely and unsupported and you don’t know who to disclose to or how to communicate it.
What if I told you…
You can figure this out and move yourself forward in life!

By understanding yourself, you can start to communicate what you need to flourish in your own life – with partners, family, and employers, making it easier to gain the acceptance and understanding you seek as well as the tools to successfully navigate your new neurodivergent world.

Let’s do this the right way
My aim is to help you move from confusion to clarity and to ripple your new found acceptance and understanding in all aspects of your life both personal and at work. I will help put you back in the driver’s seat where you can design a life and finally be authentic, comfortable, and happy.

“Jen came into my life when I was going through a really hard time. I was over 40 and had just been diagnosed with Autism (and I suspected ADHD).
I’d completely burned out and unfortunately my workplace weren’t supporting me.
Having weekly coaching sessions with Jen really helped. She was positive and affirming which allowed me to begin envisioning how I could take back control of my life and career.
Coaching with Jen has been the perfect antidote to the frustration and hopelessness I’d been feeling, and now I have a vision for the future that I could never have imagined.”

Testimonial

March 4, 2024, Claire was Jennifer’s client
"Jen worked as my Neurodivergence Coach during a period of intense personal upheaval. I was grappling with a new diagnosis of Autism in my 40s, alongside suspicions of ADHD. I had experienced complete burnout, but Jen's intervention was transformative.

Through weekly coaching sessions, Jen not only offered me support but she also empowered me to reclaim control over both my life and career.

What set Jen apart was her ability to tailor her coaching sessions to address the personal and professional challenges I was facing. She consistently highlighted the unique strengths that come with being neurodivergent, encouraging a newfound sense of self-belief. "
