About me
I am a qualified Neurospecialist coach, who can support you with creating strategies that work with your brain. Standard approaches of support are not designed for our brains and often fail. They can end up creating more negative spirals for those with Neurodivergent brains, leading us to feel more helpless and hopeless in a world that does not always understand us.
I specialise in getting you to a place where you fully understand yourself, where you are able to work on designing a life and strategies that support your unique brain that can help with unmasking, burnout, executive functioning and everything in between.
I also have lived experience and am diagnosed with ADHD and Autism and so I understand your journey and how you might be feeling.
I am trained in multiple approaches and work with clients who have ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, Dylsexia, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia and PTSD.
I have trained with leading coaches and psychologists and am signed up as a clinical partner with Dr Neff of Neurodivergent Insights who is a leading expert in the field.
I can support you whether you have already been diagnosed or if you are still waiting for a diagnosis.
I am authentic, approachable and will do everything I can to make you feel safe, understood, validated and comfortable so that we can create the right environment to help you move forward in life.
To give you a taster I am working on lots of things with clients at the moment, unmasking, emotional dysregulation, building relationships and support networks, sensory wellness planning, communication strategies, burnout and energy levels to name a few.
If you are self employed or employed, I can help you apply for a government grant that can fund part or all of the coaching with me, so get in touch today to see if we are a good fit to work together.
Does any of this sound like you?
You suspect you have or have been diagnosed with a Neurodivergent condition?
Are you lost on where to go for support and overwhelmed with the information online?
Are you fed up with feeling exhausted, lost, lonely and unsupported and you don’t know who to disclose to or how to communicate it.
What if I told you…
You can figure this out and move yourself forward in life!
By understanding yourself, you can start to communicate what you need to flourish in your own life – with partners, family, and employers, making it easier to gain the acceptance and understanding you seek as well as the tools to successfully navigate your new neurodivergent world.
Let’s do this the right way
My aim is to help you move from confusion to clarity and to ripple your new found acceptance and understanding in all aspects of your life both personal and at work. I will help put you back in the driver’s seat where you can design a life and finally be authentic, comfortable, and happy.
“Jen came into my life when I was going through a really hard time. I was over 40 and had just been diagnosed with Autism (and I suspected ADHD).
I’d completely burned out and unfortunately my workplace weren’t supporting me.
Having weekly coaching sessions with Jen really helped. She was positive and affirming which allowed me to begin envisioning how I could take back control of my life and career.
Coaching with Jen has been the perfect antidote to the frustration and hopelessness I’d been feeling, and now I have a vision for the future that I could never have imagined.”
