About me

Hello, I'm Jane.

My passion is to make a positive contribution to the world. One of the ways I do this is by offering open-minded, confidential and friendly coaching therapy sessions to adults of all ages. I will support your personal development, hear and acknowledge you and help you access life skills. Together, we will build your self esteem, self worth and confidence, develop healthier habits and behaviours, reduce critical and negative self talk replacing it with a positive, feel good mindset.

All my sessions are online or on the phone so you can be absolutely anywhere to have sessions with me. This helps to save and preserve your time, well being and of course our beautiful planet.

Other areas of coaching I deal with

I have worked with many adults and what appears to reveal itself more and more is low self esteem, self worth and confidence. As a result I have developed my therapeutic approach to address these specific issues.

I have also noticed that many individuals adopt negative mindsets which help keep them stuck exactly where they are. My Healthy Human Programme is designed to support individuals with reducing negative mindsets and adopting a healthier mind/lifestyle. It combines developing an understanding why you may linger in unhealthy habits and thoughts as well as finding a way out of them.

Additional information

Before we get started, I offer a free 30 minute telephone conversation. This helps you to decide if coaching therapy is right for you and your unique circumstances. It helps us to work out whether we are a good match for each other.

I will ask you to talk about the things you are concerned about and what you want my support with. We will explore your expectations and what, ideally, you would like to achieve.

I will also share with you my ideas around how we could work together.

Sessions typically cost between £45 and £55 per one hour session depending on your situation.
