About me
My role as your coach would be to facilitate change and help you to flourish. My aim is to form our coaching relationship as partnership. My approach to coaching is pluralistic drawing on different models such as cognitive behavioural, solution focused and existential. I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist, Coaching Psychologist and Supervisor (CPsych, BSc Hons, AFBsS, AdvDipCoach, CertSMPC). I am also an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and Member of the Association for Coaching, and International Society for Coaching Psychologists. I am accredited as a coach by the Association for Coaching. I have over 20 years of clinical and coaching experience in the NHS and private sector. I work with individuals, couples, families and organisations.
