About us
When you want to make a change or need someone to be in your corner, to listen and not to judge; I am here. I tend to work with people who know they need to do something different in their lives and feel it’s the right time to explore making that change. Many of my clients have a sense that they are growing, evolving and changing and want to step toward the person they know deep down they have the potential to be.
I've been working as a professional coach for about 6 years and have worked with hundreds of people in the coaching and personal development arena. I work with adults of all ages across a wide range of issues, and often these are people leading large U.K. and international organisations. I am based in Norfolk, UK and have a family (of mostly teenagers!) along with a cat and a dog.
My background has been working in big organisations to help them transform and modernise and now work with individuals to help them make changes in their lives so that they can thrive. I work with all sorts of people with a wide range of work and life challenges, from health and wellbeing, relationships and careers and I use a range of different approaches to support you to make the steps forward that are right for you. I have a specialism in helping adults who are keen to develop themselves and know that they are continually growing and are evolving emotional, mental and spiritual awareness but want someone to help them unlock their deeper potential and personal growth.
I love seeing people get the clarity they seek so they can move forward in their lives. We all feel a bit lost sometimes and sometimes you just need to talk stuff through with someone who won't judge and who can help you reframe the issue so you can make sense of it. Seeing people go boldly towards their futures, achieve their aspirations and be able to fully live into their unique authentic selves makes me happy.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a qualified executive coach and mentor at post graduate masters level (Level 7 Executive Coaching and Mentoring with the Institute of Leadership and Management) and am registered with the international coaching federation.
I have developed a specialism in adult development and how our ego matures, how we can work in alignment with our core values and also shadow work and am certified in a range of courses to underpin this. I offer a range of assessments to understand this better which client can access if they are interested in deepening their understanding of themselves in this way.
I am also a qualified team coach.

Additional information
I generally prefer to work with a client who is demonstrating a commitment to making a change so our work may extend over a period of time, this helps to really make the changes stick and do the deeper work so I tend to offer blocks of sessions (4, 6, 10, 20 sessions) but will consider doing one off sessions. For some clients it is useful to have an assessment to help get a baseline understanding, the cost for these is in addition to coaching sessions.
When we work
Coaching sessions are available weekdays and can be between 8am-8pm depending on availability.

Most of my clients will come with a specific issue, a feeling of ‘stuckness’ or a change they want to make ranging from careers and promotions, relationships, well-being and health. My area of specialism is in how adults develop. We are comfortable with the idea that children go through development stages but many people don’t realise that this continues as adult, it’s just that more of these changes happen internally. I explore transcendence, ego maturity, vertical adult development and energetic alignment/intention setting and with these clients the focus is more of a journey of exploration and discovery as we focus on becoming the person that we know we are ultimately capable of being. In this deeper authenticity we are able to really ‘go there’ to the depths and heights of our potential and shadow in a exquisite process of both becoming our truest selves and letting go of what we no longer need.
I usually work online using zoom or teams but I also offer sessions in person mainly in Norwich, and across Norfolk, Cambridge and London and occasionally internationally.
