About me
Hello!
I'm Hanna and I like helping others get unstuck in challenging personal and professional situations (which tend to go hand in hand). Being your trusted sounding board and a thinking partner is extremely rewarding for me and an honour.
I have worked as a personal, executive and business performance coach for over five years, always considering the most appropriate tools and type of coaching for the client. I have been training adults for almost twenty years. EVERYONE is different, hence, different approaches for different individual needs.
I have a broad range of professional interests with most related to neuroscience, positive psychology and wellbeing, but also in linguistics and business.
I'm a native speaker of Polish, quasi-native of English and confident in Italian, in case you had a preference in what language you'd like to be coached. I'm also a neurodivergent coach - my "super power" is ADHD.
