About me

Welcome! I'm thrilled to be a part of your journey towards personal growth and empowerment. As a life coach, I bring a diverse background in psychotherapy and counselling, integrating various approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, transactional analysis, and solution-focused therapy.

In addition to my expertise in mental well-being, I also have extensive knowledge in health and wellness, with a special focus on nutrition and positive body image empowerment. I believe that true empowerment goes beyond the mind and encompasses all aspects of one's life.

My mission is to help individuals who feel stuck in their personal and professional lives. Together, we'll work on increasing self-worth and self-esteem, unlocking your full potential. I am dedicated to isolating and transforming any unhelpful unconscious behaviours into positive, confident, and empowering ways of being.

With a holistic approach, we'll address not only your psychological well-being but also your physical and emotional health. My goal is to provide you with the tools and guidance needed to overcome obstacles, embrace self-love, and thrive in every aspect of your life.

Let's embark on this transformative journey together and create a life filled with purpose, confidence, and fulfillment.
