Debbie Bryan is an international, Motivational Coach, Speaker and NLP Master Practitioner.
Having recently turned 55 years young, the age at which doctors predicted she’d be wheelchair-bound following a life-threatening accident, her professional perspective on literally overcoming life-or-death adversity and building resilience has become laser-focussed on helping others – defying all odds initially by embarking on a 360km cycling fundraiser across India.
Her extensive career has spanned roles as a Salon Owner, Call Centre Coach and trainer, and Sales Manager in Travel, managing Homeworking sales teams generating over £1.25M a month before multi-business ownership. Throughout all workplaces, she identified a trend in entrepreneurs aiming to directly mimic successes of their mentors, often resulting in confidence loss, workplace anxiety, burn out and Imposter Syndrome.
After developing strategies to boost professional confidence within her own skin, her ‘Two Steps To Save A Life’ coaching enables business owners to stop what's stopping them, eliminate the blockages and focus solely on ‘bringing back the joy and passion into the business and being the best version of themselves’

Debbie is an extraordinary international Motivational Coach, Speaker and NLP Master Practitioner who has made incredible accomplishments. At 55, Debbie accomplished a 360km cycling fundraiser across India in spite of facing life-threatening adversity, in spite of her doctors' predictions.
Throughout her career, Debbie has worked in a variety of roles, including Salon Owner, Call Centre Coach and Trainer, and Sales Manager in Travel. She managed Homeworking sales teams and generated more than £1.25M a month in revenue.
As Debbie worked with Coaches and Entrepreneurs, she noticed that many were trying to imitate the successes of their mentors, but this often resulted in a lack of confidence, workplace anxiety, and Imposter Syndrome. To help these business owners, Debbie created ‘Banish Chaos and Start Working With Ease’ coaching, which helps them break through the barriers that prevent them from doing their best work and bring joy and passion back into their business.
