About me
As a coach and mentor, I provide a safe and confidential space where you are encouraged to show up as your authentic self, and explore potential pathways to overcome issues or concerns. Being empathetic I am genuinely interested in your issues, while gently challenging you to consider new ideas for discovery and self-improvement.
We are a team: I want you to arrive at your desired outcome as much as you do!
I have an informal and relaxed approach and draw upon my experience from 30 years in education from an educational, leadership and personal perspective.
I am a skilled listener, and observer who creates a relaxed yet supportive environment where you will have the opportunity to explore concerns and issues, consider options, develop knowledge, and reflect on the changes you wish to make.
I am passionate about creating resilience, developing wellbeing, and enhancing performance, particularly when establishing a comfortable balance between the demands of work and home. I firmly believe you can adopt a ‘can do’ attitude by taking small steps to achieve your desired outcome.
If you are looking for interview practice I can coach and guide you on how to best present yourself.

Further information
While much of my work is online, I am available for face to face sessions, which can be done in my home, a local café, or while walking.
I enjoy working with a wide range of clients, including those with neurodiverse conditions, including ADHD and Autism. Practised in Trauma Informed approaches, I will support as best I can or refer clients to therapeutic services, if I believe this is more appropriate.
Continuous professional development is a key driver for me and I continue to learn and develop through reading, training, online webinars, network events and supervision.
