Through working with me, my clients identify who they are and what they are capable of. They gain confidence in participating in presentations and important conversations. They become more assertive and more visible; they discover their strengths and have confidence to take the necessary steps and have learnt tools and techniques to manage anxiety and fears.

I also work with young people to manage stress and give support, momentum and direction (goal setting) to navigate the next steps.
I work 1:1 over a period of 3-6 months. During Covid-19 I am available on Zoom (1 hour sessions) and I am also offering walking 1:1 coaching in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside.

I use a range of techniques and exercises based on positive psychology and NLP that help you understand how your life is shaped by your beliefs about yourself and the lens through which you view the world. The aim being for you to be able to free yourself from the negative aspects that hold you back.
I also use Cognitive Behavioural Coaching (CBC). The techniques used are effective in helping you identify and challenge thoughts, feelings and behaviours that are self-defeating. CBC is a powerful model that draws on evidence-based psychological models. All my coaching is primarily forward-looking and the focus of CBC only explores your past history if that is relevant.
My coaching style has been described as friendly, honest, caring, intuitive, challenging, practical and dedicated with a touch of humour!.

How I work
The first session is a complimentary coaching consultation and can last up to half an hour. In this initial contact we can discuss your situation, what would be the best ongoing help for you and what working together will look like.
We discuss what will best meet your needs taking account of:
- How you prefer to work. This can be face-to-face near Warminster, Wiltshire, or via phone, Zoom or a combination. I also offer 1:1 walking coaching in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside.
- Timescale. We can aim to achieve your objectives as quickly as possible through weekly meetings or you may prefer to meet less frequently and spread the work over 3-6 months.
I recommend a minimum of three sessions, this is an introduction to coaching and how it can help you to get really clear on what you want from life, what's getting in the way, and how you can overcome those barriers to create a lifestyle that works best for you.
Six sessions enable us to explore your goals and challenges, acknowledge your values, look into what might be holding you back (Limiting Beliefs) and how you can make lasting changes to your lifestyle, thinking or behaviour, in one or more specific areas of your life.

I have thoroughly enjoyed working alongside Caroline. Caroline is very calm and talks through areas in very fine detail which makes you see a bigger picture. When I begun my journey with her I was very anxious and didn’t have the confidence to leave the house with my children by myself.
My biggest challenge overall was taking my children out to the park and the local shop by myself but I managed to achieve this by pushing the negative thoughts out of my head and feel grateful of the things I have around me.
