My coaching style is rooted in positive psychology partnering with you to:
- identify and breakdown barriers and remove obstacles;
- foster self-awareness and confidence;
- develop an understanding of your thoughts and behaviours; and
- create transformational and sustainable change.
I believe in four key things:
- The power of a positive mindset;
- Empowering women to do and be their best;
- Living a life filled with happiness and purpose; and
- Grabbing hold of all opportunities that come your way.
There are a lot of coaches out there, so how do you pick the right one?
Call a few and get to know a little about their coaching style. Will they hold you accountable? Will they ask you the difficult questions that you won’t ask yourself? Will they help you create impactful and lasting change?
Coaching is about YOU and so ultimately, trust yourself a little and YOU will pick the right one. I’ll be waiting on the other side of the phone to see if we are a good fit. It’s a partnership after all.
