About me

Hello, I am Anna, a coach, mentor and psychologist.

I coach people with ADHD to maximise happiness, confidence and performance.

I was frustrated with watching neuro-divergent people feeling unseen and unheard of, missing important opportunities in life and having executive challenges myself, I wanted to mentor them.

I am well known for my unique ability to transform lives through holistic and neuroscience-based coaching specifically designed for neuro-diverse people.

I started 20 years ago in my hometown, Athens, Greece, with one student, and then I moved to London, where my coaching hours exceeded 10.000 and where I worked with more than 1000 students in more than 10 countries to date.

In 2023 I was awarded as the Best Diversity, Inclusion and Leadership Development Training by Business Awards UK and in 2021 I was selected at the 500 Global Brainz awards as one of the top leaders recognised for their success, achievements and dedication to helping others.

I am currently writing a book on how to manage ADHD, where I go through how you can unlock confidence and inner resources, organisation and productivity and tap into a flow state for high performance.

My aim is to impact neuro-distinct people in every continent so that they can go ahead and lead happier and more fulfilling lives with more mindfulness, confidence, and intention.

And as a result of this work, I want to see a world with reduced inequalities, good mental health and world-class coaching for everyone, irrespective of geographical location, cultural background or diagnosis.

Further information

What is the purpose of the complimentary consultation?

The purpose of the complimentary consultation is:

1. To determine whether we are the right chemistry fit

and

2. For me to fully understand your needs and wants and assess the situation.

Given that the fit is correct and I believe I could help, I will explain how I work and tell you which coaching program suits you.

What takes place in the evaluation?

The purpose of the initial evaluation session is to get to know each other and build trust and rapport.

The initial evaluation session (60 or 90 mins, according to attention span) usually consists of 3 parts:

1. the assessment of your executive function, life, leadership, communication or social skills strengths and challenges

2. the determination of your values

3. the goal-setting process

The evaluation is bespoke, can look different to everyone, and forms a diagnostic tool, which is the foundation of future coaching.

Coaching starts after.

What do the executive function skill scores mean?

Low scores are executive function challenges, and high scores are executive function strengths.

In the coaching calls, we work on them starting from the lowest score first.

As each executive skill is linked with the rest, all EFs get a boost once one improves.

What shall I expect after the initial evaluation session?

The purpose of the initial evaluation session is to get to know each other and build trust and rapport.

You will be sent within the next few days:

1. Your or your child's executive function strengths and challenges (a summary)

as well as

2. The goals that you or your child set during the session (goal setting and action plan document)

Please note that:

1. The goal-setting and action plan document is a working document that will be refined and tweaked regularly as we forge our collaborative work together. You will be able to add more targets with time. The purpose of the evaluation session is not to determine all the targets you will be working towards over the next 6 or 12 months, ready and written down. This can be fine-tuned as we go along.

2. If you wish to have a more comprehensive evaluation report (10 pages) which includes detailed suggestions and recommendations, this is a different service that can be booked for an additional cost.

Is online coaching appropriate for individuals with dyspraxia?

Yes! In online coaching, we may use Zoom annotate, interactive whiteboards, fun educational games, typing, drawing, and the metaverse, if appropriate. Please let us know your or your child's unique preferences if you choose not to use this option. People with dyspraxia often use touch typing and are encouraged to use technology as much as possible alongside their gross and fine motor occupational therapy programs. It is based on your unique learning preferences whether or not you wish to use technology. It is not counter-indicated for people with dyspraxia to use technology. On the contrary, it is highly recommended that people with dyspraxia leverage this learning tool as much as possible. If, for any reason, you or your child with dyspraxia does not feel confident to use technology, please let us know.

Will it be stressful to have coaching on top of life's commitments?

Coaching is necessary if you want to empower areas of your life. If you or your child are busy, coaching can create a space where you have time to regain clarity, feel empowered and strategise.

You or your child set the pace you feel comfortable with. Sessions can be weekly or biweekly so that you can fit them into your existing schedule, and all goals are self-selected. You can add more goals when you are ready.

What can I expect as a result of coaching?

Coaching is not a quick fix but small steps that build small wins, momentum, and behavioural change over time. Everyone has different needs, pace and goals they work towards. The results vary based on your effort before, throughout and after the session. Success can be immediate or take longer. The rapport between the coach and the client is what matters the most.

How are the strategy sessions different to the implementation sessions?

The strategy or skill sessions provide new results-based solutions based on neuroscientific and empirical data. You will leave the sessions having new realisations and breakthroughs. You will feel more empowered and inspired to act on your goals.

The implementation or accountability calls help with the actual initiating and implementation of the action plan that we decide.

How many sessions are required?

To get the best out of coaching, a minimum of 3, 6 or 12 months are recommended with more frequent sessions (weekly or biweekly) until the new habits have been established. Then coaching can fade once there is more independence in the new skillset.
