ADHD & Executive Function Coach | Psychologist (GMBPsS)

About me

I am an award-winning ADHD and Executive Function Coach, mentor and psychologist (GMBPsS).

I work with neurodivergent individuals who want to understand how their minds truly operate and translate their strengths into clarity, confidence and consistent performance. My work focuses not only on executive function, but also on identity and nervous system regulation - the deeper foundations that shape how we think, act and lead our lives.

My interest in ADHD and executive function began both professionally and personally. Having experienced executive function challenges myself, I became deeply interested in how attention, emotion and identity influence the way people think, work and relate to the world. I was also struck by how often neurodivergent individuals felt misunderstood or unsupported, despite their capabilities.

More than 20 years ago, I began mentoring students in my hometown of Athens, Greece. After moving to London, my work expanded internationally. To date, I have delivered over 10,000 coaching hours, supporting more than 1,000 individuals across over 10 countries.

My approach integrates executive function coaching, neuroscience-informed methods, identity work and nervous system awareness, coaching clients develop sustainable ways of thinking, organising and performing that align with how their mind naturally works.

My work has been recognised internationally:
In 2024, I was awarded Most Supportive ADHD and Executive Function Coach by the Business Elite Awards.
In 2023, I received the Business Awards UK recognition for Diversity, Inclusion and Leadership Development Training.
In 2021, I was selected as one of the Brainz Global 500 leaders, recognised for my work supporting neurodivergent communities.

I am currently writing a book on ADHD and executive function, exploring how individuals can develop confidence, organisation, productivity, and flow in their work and daily life.

My wider aim is to support neurodivergent individuals around the world to live with greater self-understanding, confidence and intention, and to contribute to a future where neurodiversity is better understood and supported across education, work and society.

Training, qualifications & experience

With over 20 years of experience in education, coaching and mentoring, I have delivered more than 10,000 coaching hours, supporting over 1,000 individuals across more than 10 countries.

I coach internationally with neurodivergent individuals, students, professionals, high achievers, business owners and leaders, as well as with families, educational institutions and organisations seeking to better understand and support neurodiversity.

My clients include students, entrepreneurs, business owners, professionals, senior leaders and high-net-worth individuals, as well as organisations looking to develop more inclusive and supportive environments for neurodivergent talent.

My work integrates executive function coaching, identity work and nervous system regulation to support sustainable and meaningful change.

Many neurodivergent individuals already understand what they should do, yet still experience challenges with consistency, emotional regulation or follow-through. Traditional productivity strategies often overlook how attention, identity and the nervous system interact.

My approach combines neuroscience-informed coaching, polyvagal and somatic awareness, and practical executive function strategies to coach clients in understanding how their mind operates and developing systems that work with their brain rather than against it.

Through this work, clients develop greater clarity, confidence, emotional regulation and consistent performance across their studies, careers, leadership roles and personal lives.

Further information

Sessions are typically 55 minutes and are conducted online via Zoom, allowing me to work with clients internationally. In-person sessions are also available in Central London by arrangement.

My coaching style is structured, thoughtful and collaborative. I work with clients across different areas of life, including executive function development, identity work, nervous system regulation, social and communication skills, leadership, relationships, sensory overwhelm, burnout, study and revision skills, business development, and building a successful coaching practice for aspiring coaches.

My work focuses on the interaction among identity, the nervous system, and executive function, as these three elements shape how we think, behave, make decisions, and perform in everyday life.

Many clients come to coaching seeking greater clarity, direction and consistency. Together we explore how attention, identity and nervous system regulation influence behaviour, decision-making and performance across personal, academic and professional contexts.

During sessions we regularly assess executive function skills, nervous system state and key areas of life, including business, academics, leadership, social communication and personal wellbeing. Progress is monitored through ongoing reflection and structured evaluation of strengths, challenges and goals.

My approach follows a neuroscience-informed method in which clients identify their goals and we translate them into practical systems and habits. Progress is reviewed regularly and strategies are adjusted to ensure maximum impact. Reflection notes from each session inform subsequent sessions and guide the development of the coaching process.

Coaching is paced according to the client’s readiness, which we evaluate together throughout the engagement. Clients are encouraged to apply insights and strategies between sessions, as meaningful progress often depends on the work carried out before, during and after each session.

Results vary depending on the depth of neurodiversity, individual circumstances and the level of engagement between sessions. Some clients notice positive shifts within a few sessions, while others benefit from a longer process with several reiterations of strategies as new habits are established.

For this reason, coaching is often structured as 3-, 6- or 12-month engagements, allowing sufficient time for the iterative work that neurodivergent learning and behavioural change often require.

Sessions are available in English and Greek.
