I love in taking creative and passionate individuals who want to make a difference to their next level of success, whatever that means for them.

My clients often have a sense that they have become stuck in their lives and have a feeling of being unfulfilled even though they have achieved so much. They want to change their world, to have more clarity, more meaning and a more purposeful direction.

I work with them to identify the areas that are holding them back and help them see their own blind spots that stop them from living the life they want.

This means my clients have been moved to take action and are willing to commit to learning and growing so they can step into a new world. My coaching isn't for everyone as you will need courage and commitment to create the changes needed so you can live the life you want.

Your time with me will bring deep insight and learning, with a focus on action to move you forward one tiny step at a time.

I will create a safe space for you to explore your deepest fears and wildest dreams, with the aim of breaking through the limiting beliefs that hold you back from achieving the life you want.

Investment

My coaching programmes are bespoke, as every client is unique. Therefore, how we work together depends on what is the best way to support you to make the changes you want and create the extraordinary. Here's some guidance on how my coaching engagements often work, based on the clients I've worked with:

• Coaching sessions are usually up to 1 hour, in person, over the phone or online.
• If I work with a client, it's usually for a minimum period of 6 months. I find that for lasting transformation to take place this is the minimum length of time needed.
• We will have 2/3 sessions every month giving you space in between the session to do your deep inner work.
• Coaching is about being in action and committing to real change in your world. Therefore, you will always have 'homework' to do in between sessions.

Your level of investment will depend on the length of the programme we create together. 

I work with about 30 people per year and I currently have 2 slots open.

Your investment is much more than money.

You must be ready to invest your energy, your time and your commitment to create something so powerful in your life that it will have a lasting impact.
