About me
Hi, I'm Vauna Beauvais, a late-identifying neurodivergent professional. I discovered in 2010 I'm autistic and ADHD (AuDHD) and
I work with other adult neurodivergent people who may be re-evaluating themselves and ways of living that are best aligned with themselves. In seeking full and meaningful lives, we can together figure out ways to do that.
Do you want to make positive changes around personal achievement and performance to attain success in your life or work?
Sessions are tailored to you uniquely. We start from where you are at.
And work on what you need to realise your potential and make your life better.
Some area to work on that could be useful for you may include:
- Put Yourself first (live in realistic ways while also getting the most out of life)
- Simplify and streamline
- Find workable ways to prioritise
- Manage dilemmas
- Situational considerations and making choices
- Self advocacy and boundaries
- Relationships and working alliances
- Transitioning
- Harnessing hyperfocus to good use
- Remember to remember things
- Overcoming overwhelm
- Getting some personalised organisation systems that work
- Estimate and schedule time usefully
- Overcome overcommitment (but still have a full life)
- Deal with procrastination once and for all
- Manage distractions and stay in your lane
- Keep enough balls in the air for good productivity
- Put everything into practice to improve your work or life
I'll be listening to what kibd of person you are, what is important to you, and how you want to live and work.

Further information
I specialise in online sessions, having had specialist training in working using computer-mediated sessions. I am a qualified Cybertherapist and a member of ACTO (Association for Counselling and Therapy Online). I have a specialisation in working with neurodivergent people.
I am a qualified coach, as well as a counsellor, psychotherapist, and NLP practitioner. I do know how to keep all of the disciplines separate, and we would use the approach that you have booked for and will not cross over into therapy (unless you specifically wanted this).
I am autistic myself, with ADHD
