About me
I am a dedicated transition coach specialising in guiding individuals through major life changes with compassion and expertise. My passion lies in providing unwavering support to ensure that no one feels alone on their journey.
With a diverse background in the property and advertising industries, I have honed my skills. Representing clients, overseeing productions, and leading sales and marketing departments. These experiences have taught me the invaluable lesson that life is full of unexpected twists and turns, both challenging and transformative.
Transitioning into coaching, I have had the privilege of helping individuals navigate significant life transitions, offering guidance on health, major life decisions, and coping strategies. I firmly believe that facing challenges head-on, changing beliefs, and establishing new habits are key to achieving positive results.
In addition to my coaching work, I facilitate empowering courses with Breast Cancer Now, supporting individuals in moving forward after completing their cancer treatment. I assist them in developing coping strategies and resilience to manage stress and uncertainty.
Having personally experienced the complexities of relocating to West Berkshire, I understand the stress and challenges that come with major life changes. This inspired me to create a unique model that combines my passions: Property Search, Schools and Lifestyle Advice, and Health Transition Planning which I have concentrated on for the last 10 years.
I also conduct group workshops on various transition topics, such as adjusting to children leaving home, relocating to a new area, navigating life after 50, and managing menopause. These workshops provide a supportive environment for personal growth and development.
Recognising a gap in the market, I specialise in offering comprehensive support beyond traditional search and relocation services. My holistic approach ensures that individuals feel empowered, supported, and equipped to navigate their transition with confidence.
