About me
I’m Tessa Lamb, and I help people navigate life’s turning points with clarity, confidence, and resilience.
Before stepping into the world of coaching, I spent over 20 years in the media industry as Head of Sales and New Business. I worked closely with commercial directors, championing their careers and helping them secure exciting projects around the world. It was fast-paced, creative, and all about building strong, trusting relationships.
After that, I ran a house-finding business, working one-to-one with high-net-worth individuals to match them with homes that truly suited their lives—whether for work, family, or a fresh start. It was a deeply personal process, and I loved being part of such meaningful decisions.
Now, as an ICF-accredited coach with advanced NLP training and a certified resilience facilitator, I specialise in supporting people through life transitions—whether that’s recovering from illness, navigating change after 50, relocating, or simply feeling stuck and unsure of what’s next. My work blends practical tools with emotional support, helping clients manage stress, shift unhelpful thinking, and rebuild their confidence.
Alongside my coaching practice, I’m proud to be working with BRIYM (Building Resilience in Young Minds)—an organisation delivering therapeutic mental health and resilience support to children, teenagers, and school communities. Through this work, I help young people develop emotional literacy, coping strategies, and a stronger sense of self as they face the complexities of growing up in today’s world.
I also run group programmes for Breast Cancer Now, supporting women post-treatment to reconnect with themselves and step into the next phase of life with strength and purpose.
At the heart of everything I do is a belief that no one should have to face life’s challenges alone—and that with the right support, we can all move forward with resilience, self-awareness, and hope.
