I worked as a consultant engineer for over 10 years in the corporate world, managing teams of 20+ professionals. Along the way, I built my own confidence and leadership skills, and realised I wanted to help others do the same.
I’ve spent the past 6+ years coaching and mentoring professionals to lead with confidence and empathy, both in corporate and personal settings.
I trained as a Transformative Coach with Animas Centre for Coaching, specialising in modern leadership and trauma-informed coaching. I am accredited as a Senior Practitioner with the EMCC( European Mentoring and Coaching Council).

- Accredited Diploma in Transformative Coaching (Animas Centre for Coaching)
- EMCC accredited coach (EIA) at Senior Practitioner level

EMCC UK is part of the Europe-wide European Mentoring & Coaching Council. Together their aim is to promote good practice and the expectation of good practice in mentoring and coaching across Europe. EMCC is an independent, impartial and non-profit making organisation.
