About me
Pause, Reflect, Realign. This is my mantra to support those who are looking to bring more balance in a life dominated by constant uncertainty. It is natural to develop sentiments of confusion, fear or even anxiety while we are caught up into our hectic lives full of responsibilities and expectations. There is barely any space left for who we are and what we truly want.
We will work together to face these sentiments head on, we will define goals that truly resonate with you and and set up plans that will take you where you want to be.
We will go deeper than improving your performance. I focus on coaching techniques that go deep into exploring personality, values and trauma. Through a combination of shadow work, active imagination and transactional analysis, I put a structured/analytical coaching approach under a light-hearted and playful light.
Because life is serious enough. We can do some self-exploration and growth with a bit of fun and reconnect with our inner child.
I strongly believe that high performance is not a primary focus, but a natural consequence of a balanced and purposeful mind. Together, we will uncover your passions, break free from pressures, and cultivate confidence, authenticity and balance for a thriving life.
I Trained at the Animas Centre for Coaching and I am an EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) accredited coach at senior practitioner level.

I spent 15 years as a consultant and design engineer, navigating the dynamic world of small and large organisations. Alongside, my passion for music has taken me on diverse journeys as a musician and producer. Through mentoring young professionals and supporting musicians, I discovered that my true purpose lies in helping others achieve their aspirations.
