About me

At various points in our life journey, we all have things that we need help to work out. This can just be being stuck with making decisions on where we are going or what to do next, or more complex help with our neurodiversity or menopause and relationships.

I have been coaching for 25 years in large organisations. I have done extensive work with individuals needing life or career coaching, leaders needing leadership development coaching, and latterly people that are looking for coaching to navigate the best ways to make their neurodiversity work for them.

My purpose is to help people help themselves to get the best out of their life.

If I sound like the person you would like to consider as a coach, feel free to reach out for a discovery conversation. I trust that we can work out if I am the coach for you.

I coach online or face to face in Bury St Edmunds.

You can contact the Life Coach to discuss the options available.
