About me

I offer online sessions, meaning you can do them from the comfort of your own home, and I can offer greater flexibility with my availability.

I'm a certified NLP Practitioner and Life Coach and I work on a 1:1 basis with private clients, as well as businesses who want to invest in the wellbeing of their employees.

My role is to empower you to make powerful and long-lasting change in your life, and some of the more common issues I work with are:

  • Anxiety, stress & depression
  • Confidence & self-esteem
  • Relationships & dealing with difficult people
  • Motivation, procrastination & feeling stuck
  • Trauma & grief
  • Career or personal goals & aspirations
  • Peri-menopause
  • Phobias
  • Making & breaking habits

I have a deep interest in human psychology, neuroscience, the mind-body connection and holistic wellbeing, and I'm passionate about supporting others to find tools that work for them, to improve their mental health and enable them to live happier, more fulfilling lives.

My coaching will always be tailored to your unique needs, and in our personalised 1:1 sessions, we will identify your specific goals and obstacles, then use targeted methods and coaching conversations to help you create the changes you desire.

Client Testimonials

"We've been able to get to a point in 3 sessions that I had never got to in years of therapy!"

"Sam asks the right questions in turn forcing me to come out of my comfort zone, open up and make some real progress delving into 'me'. After a few sessions she knew what would work for me and my personality and I've been in tears and elated at the real breakthroughs I'm feeling."

"I've been going to therapy for a few years now but Sam's sessions are so incredibly different from anything I've experienced. She is solution focused and after each session, I saw changes in my thought process right away. The exercises she made me do were hard-work (requires one to dig deeper) but totally worth it."

"She's warm, kind and funny so I've found it easy to speak to Sam, I've never felt judged or uneasy. She has a real passion to help and the personality that is perfect for this role."

"Sam introduced me to a range of techniques and mindsets that have allowed me to navigate life's obstacles with newfound resilience and a positive outlook. Her holistic approach to personal growth has been instrumental in reshaping my thinking and improving my problem-solving skills."

"Sam's support in addressing perimenopause symptoms and her ability to help me accept this phase of life has been truly life-changing. Her insights, practical strategies, and compassionate approach made the start of this transition much more manageable. I credit Sam with helping me find balance and a renewed sense of self during this challenging period. Moreover, Sam has been instrumental in helping me combat issues such as a lack of sleep, motivation, and a general disengagement from activities I once cherished. Her practical advice and unwavering support have rekindled my passion for these activities, ultimately improving my overall quality of life."

"In the workplace, Sam has been an invaluable resource in dealing with bullying. Her guidance equipped me with the skills to effectively manage these situations and, perhaps most importantly, instilled in me the confidence to feel I can address a challenging grievance process. Thanks to Sam's coaching, I have regained my self-assurance and assertiveness."

"Thanks to Sam's guidance in teaching me relaxation skills, I was able to truly unwind and savour a much-needed holiday, which had been elusive for months."

"I am incredibly grateful to Sam for helping me to stop drinking. After years of struggling with my habitual alcohol use, I have finally been able to stay sober for over a month, the longest I have ever managed.
Sam has this amazing ability to get to the heart of things. She really listens and offers suggestions tailored to exactly what I need to hear."

Further information

How I run a session

During the first session, I will spend some time asking questions to gather information about the change you want to make, in order to identify solutions. The rest of the session and any subsequent ones will involve me guiding you through one or more processes and/or more general coaching discussions.

The number of sessions required is dependent on you and the change you are looking to make. Some clients can make powerful and sustainable change in just one session, others have anything between 1 to 6 sessions, and some follow this up with occasional check-ins as needed.

For this reason, I offer a flat hourly rate and do not sell packages. I want you to have control over your requirements and pace of transformation.

What processes and techniques I use

I will ask pertinent questions and actively listen, especially for the things you are not saying!

The processes I use are based on NLP methodology and can involve visualisation or other sensory techniques, or can be interactive where you will need to stand up and move into different positions on the floor whilst providing feedback to my questions, which are designed to help you think about the situation differently.

Most people find the sessions very relaxing, and a little intriguing and are often surprised by the new awareness they discover during just one session.

Please get in touch to book a free discovery call if you have any questions about the processes I use and my style of coaching.
