About me
Hi! I'm Sam, a Confidence & Life Coach and NLP Master Practitioner, and I'm incredibly passionate about helping women rebuild their confidence and self-belief, to navigate life changes with clarity and courage, and to ditch the self-doubt, set boundaries and thrive.

I currently offer 1:1 coaching sessions via Zoom, with flexibility on packages or single sessions depending on your needs and budget, and my approach is solutions focused and holistic.
I have been teaching and coaching in some capacity for many years, and my professional qualifications are as a life coach, NLP master practitioner, and clinical hypnotherapist. I use proven coaching tools from these various modalities, and your sessions will always be tailored to your individual needs. I also draw on my background in sport science, as well as swimming and yoga teaching to inform my coaching around physical health & wellness, and processing stress and emotions through the body, somatically.
