At university I studied psychology, linguistics and communications. My career started as a PR, Marketing and Communication professional, I have been a Producer and Director of films and videos and have managed the design, development and implementation of hundreds of change and development programmes.
I am co-owner and Director of First Position Performance Development Ltd and enjoy helping individuals, teams and organisation succeed through a variety of consultancy, learning facilitation, coaching and therapy activity ~ all with a twist of NLP
I am an Accredited Master Practitioner of NLP and Master Practitioner and Trainer of Thought Pattern Management, a Hypnotherapist and a qualified and experienced coach and mentor.
