About me
With over 30 years of experience in the charity, corporate and public sector in the UK and Internationally, I love to create coaching spaces for people to unlock their own potential and thrive.
Utilizing an integrated approach I encourage others (and self), to be the best version of themselves and aspire to create the most positive effect they can have on our world
I currently work as the Coaching and Mentoring Manager for the Fire Service delivering 1:1 and group services. I have also coached and taught for organisations in the USA and Caribbean .
Alongside my existing role within the public sector I have a keen interest in working with those in the charity, social enterprise, travel or public sector; and /or with those working to make a positive impact in the communities within which they live and work.

A compassionate but direct approach with a lean towards the transformational, (what’s really going on?) rather than transactional; but will follow your lead.
Committed to creating a safe space for exploration, discovery and learning whilst offering reflections and a different lens through 1:1 work or with groups
I am committed to being accountable for my practice and keeping my approach up-to-date through supervision and I am an associate coach with EMCC ( European Mentoring and Coaching Council )
I am passionate about coaching, education, equity and inclusion. When not working I love the outdoors, travel, holistic health and dance.
